SNIC Prop is the commercial real estate investment arm of the SNIC Group and is involved in a number of transactions with the aim of becoming the largest black-owned property fund which will eventually be listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. SNIC Prop is actively seeking to grow its commercial portfolio and will consider investing in or acquiring high yielding A Grade commercial office, industrial and retail properties in the premier locations of Gauteng, Western Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal and in major markets across the African continent. The unique primary investment strategy of SNIC Prop is to enter into Sale and Lease Back Agreements with companies that need to unlock BEE procurement value in South Africa.

The segmental spread of SNIC Prop's strategy is informed by the demand for the properties we acquire and the risk attributable to those properties based on the strength of the economy and our forecasts going forward.

Our strong contacts within the financial services industry and our good relationship with key government departments are major factors in the successful implementation of our acquisition strategies.
